Issue:

The Pharao can empower a damaged Wonder for Higher then intended/normal Favor Generation.

Relevant Game Mechanics:
Isis as the main god has the ability to empower monuments with the Pharao for 2x Favor generation.
The Pharao can also empower buildings whilst they are being built.
The Pharao can empower a wonder when it is being built.
The Pharao cannot empower a fully healed finished wonder
Wonders provide a passive Favor generation when finished.

Repro Steps:

  1. Play as Isis.
  2. Build a wonder.
  3. Damage the wonder either by yourself or the enemy.
  4. Use the Pharao to empower the wonder.

Damn thats huge. Maybe because the wonder its missing health, the game thinks you are still building it and because of that lets you empower it?

Yes I agree, that might be the reason why it can be empowered after it has been damaged.

Turns out I didn’t do enough research, all Egyptians can empower their Wonder once it has been damaged.
It is just Isis that gets a way bigger advantage over Set and Ra.

I still think however that the additional Favor gain is unintentional, since Wonder =/= Monument
