As we know, most players are from Europe, then Asia, and only then the Americas. The game is somehow designed with most players in mind, especially if they are from large cities. Maybe that’s why this problem doesn’t affect players from those places.
The problem is that due to logistics issues with fiber optic cables that are in the oceans, South Americans have a very high ping for Asian servers (logistically, Europeans are in the center of everything, which doesn’t bother them or Asians).
And the time zone is something that invites players from those two continents to meet up, 10am in one country is 10pm in the other (or 10am - 10pm).
My request is that you do the same as MANY other online games, which give players the option to choose or limit games to a certain ping. If you want to play with 250 ping, that’s fine, no problem, but it should be up to someone to choose not to play.
I don’t know if this would affect the ranking, since people could limit themselves to playing in a single region. But you could change this somehow. Because at these times the game almost always takes place on Asian servers, perhaps because there are more players during a match (e.g., 3 players on SA, 5 players on Asia, the chosen server will be Asia).
