Also teutons have bonus conversion resistance, how is that coded? Couldn’t the missionary counter this? I haven’t tried because i currently can’'t but it totally is possible.
True if we consider everything perfectly normal, they would take 100 shots but it is like cumans kipchak vs huskarls. Cumans kipchaks fare pretty well vs elite huskarls.

How is that even remotely similar ? Kipchaks kill huskarls in 18 hits (if all arrows hit). Mamelukes take 100, on top of having much smaller range. There is no comparison here.
But what does you having said that really matter if it isn’t provable? Did you try it out with a missionary?
Those secondary arrows don’t have the same accuracy of the first. Even if the hit was 30, mamelukes have faster firing rate and speed and teutons are slow.

Lol. Can you put the teutons bonus vs conversion to any other civs with modding? Because if you can’t, you can’t know if missionary has that anti bonus.
You can. All Civ bonusses, unit bonusses, armor, effects and everything that can be found about a unit that is not hardcoded can easily be found using the AGE tool. Not sure if you know who Trirem is but he is one of the key modders (and one of the developers of WK (port of expansions to Voobly)) in the community.

I know trirem as a modder, didn’t know about the wk part, but i was just asking if the bonus conversion that the teutons has can be used for other civs because if not, there is no way to know if missionary has some antibonus gimmick as the only way is to test it on scenario.

I tried this in scenario editor and monk mechanics are so RNG dependant, but there were no indications of missionary converting TKs faster. In first try, missionary converted (killed because heresy) the TK 3 secs faster than Spanish monk. On second and third equal, on 4th monk converted 5 secs faster. So there’s no such bonus
I also tried and it is true, sometimes monk convert faster and other times the missionary. I have to say that i don’t know about trigger so i had to do it manually so i couldn’t test many times. I noticed a bug. Sometimes when converting or when the conversion is finished, the missionary randomly says ‘wololo’, the sound from aoe 1. Did you notice this too?

Actually if you jump to about 11:47 and watch in slow speed, I think one of the onagers shoots an eagle attacking the big group of onagers probably without attack ground orders, since viper just jumped to it.
Most of the however he is using target fire/attack ground to kill units even sacrificing his own units.
This is probably the right thing to do when annoyed. I feel like you were being quite helpful though.
check min 12 19. The onagers shots 2 infantry even when there was an ally trebuchet without any command.
This feature should be working even with agressive stance.
I dont really understand the goal of this thread. Why do we want to discus about inaccurate statements in an outdated manual? Those statements are even more inaccurate for the current balance. So who really cares about the inaccurate statements?
We want to discuss features removed from the original game and not the game balance itself.
