First of all I really liked the gimmick of Pilgrims walking on stonewalls. Since that almost never happens, I don’t really see the point of removing it.
The spearman cost increase is good.
Can’t really say anything about the speed reduction of pilgrim boats.
Now to my personal main issue. I think the Serjs need a bigger buff. Their only advantage over normal MAA are the 4 tiles range, 1 more melee armor and 0.125 MS.
On the other hand, normal MAA are 10 resources cheaper in total, especially in gold, have 15 more HP, 6 more range armor, 1 more base DMG and 0.625 more AS, which equals to 10.18 DPS, which is 3,68 more DPS than the Serjs with 6,5 DPS.
If you start to compare it with HRE MAA, it looks even worse, in fact I’m pretty sure they can beat Serjs even with micro, since HRE MAA are almost as fast as Serjs.
I also hoped changes for the Fortresses. I think Fortresses should be viable in feudal, meaning they should cost less, but as compensation should have less stats like HP and/or DMG and/or something else. It’s kinda whack, that KT can’t build one of their core buildings until mid to late castle. Why even bother being able to build it in feudal, if it’s almost impossible to do?
