I have an idea. What if one, a few or a new civ have female villagers that can convert male villagers. Maybe all civs can have it but some civs females are more effective.
What would be the use of this?

Historically, it is the other way around. The women effectively belonged to whatever party or group their husbands were afilliated with.

Some civs can have female able to convert and some male.
Neither gameplay wise nor political correctness wise a good idea. Just imagine getting two of your starting vills converted by the enemy at minute 2… You lost that game immediately and couldn’t do anything
