Finland’s Armfelt’s Autonomy shipment should decrease cost of imperial ranged cavalry upgrade. But the effect doesn’t include Imperial Dvoryane (Russain Imperial Cavalry Archer) upgrade, while Finland is a available revolt of Russian.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a skirmish by Russian

  2. Revolt to Finland

  3. Send Armfelt’s Autonomy shipment

  4. Imperial Dvoryanes upgrade is not changed and Imperial Drabants upgrade is half cost.

Imperial Dvoryane should be included in Armfelt’s Autonomy.

Imperial Dvoryane upgrade should cost 750 wood and 750 gold after sent Armfelt’s Autonomy.
