Issue: Skirmish Mode not functioning correctly

Unable to enable VPS (auto) on resources or scouting, this issue has been ongoing for more than a few months now

Unable to select right number of AI players, for example, player count is selected as 4 in the set up window, in the Skirmish gameplay there are 5.

Trigger Event:
Xbox has been restarted as a hard reset but no changes to the bug

Repro Steps:

  1. Select Skirmish game mode and try to assign on 4 player count
  2. In gameplay try to toggle VPS or auto scout mode
