Why even have the cool down time out function on ranked ladder? Your game crashes or is bugged and then you punish us for it? It makes absolutely no sense.

This system has been put in place to prevent people from dodging maps they don’t like, because apparently for the developers it is toxic and unacceptable to let people play only Arabia.
