Folwark building foundation not only looks the same as blacksmith, but they literally share the same .smx file. This means we cannot mod the appearance of folwark to differentiate from blacksmith.

Play any game and place a folwark and a blacksmith foundation at the same time, and compare the looks. (Why do you even need this? You coded that so you should know already.)

Folwark has its own foundation.

Because using the same foundation style, and they wanted save a step, should be easy to fix with a next update, they just need duplicate the file for the foundation.
