After I have completed the Aoe campaigns, I wonder if it would be better to give aoe DE owners a way to play all DE campaigns in RoR? Some scenarios in the Reign of Hittite, the Rise of Rome or Imperium Romanium are very interesting, and I really wish to play them with Aoe2 mechanism

I personally would like to see in ROR at least the Hittites and Yamato campaigns, if not the rise of Rome ones (enemies of Rome etc). I was disappointed they weren’t reworked in the manner of AoE2 campaigns at launch.
Ask the aoe2scenarioparser guy about it. Or maybe, if you know enough python, you can make a library yourself and become famous (not joking)
