Fortified gates not present in AGE II DE Editor

:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

In AGE II DE editor the structures “Fortified Gates” in all their directions aren’t present. I had to solve the bug using Advanced Genie Editor 3 and making them visible in the editor.

:arrow_forward: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open a scenario
  2. Go to Units, then Buildings
  3. Notice that there are normal gates, but there aren’t fortified ones.

:arrow_forward: EXPECTED RESULT

There should be Fortified Gates in all their four directions, like normal gates.

Is this bug being tracked?

This happens since the oldest Age of Kings version back when the game was released around year 2000. It’s curious to see that this wasn’t even adressed in the Definitive Edition.

Nevertheless is a very simple bug to solve: I managed to do it through Advanced Genie Editor 3. It’s a mere forgetfulness
