Sir Francis Drake and Dutch Prince explorer skins still locked even after the January/February 2024 update. Marianne and Zheng Yi Shao are successfully unlocked for me.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play the respective community events
2. Expected to unlock the 2 mentioned skins after each event
3. Skins still not unlocked

All Explorer Skins should be unlocked
