Frank civilization don't get castle disccount of 25%, construction cost is normal 650 instead of 488

Issue:

Frank civilization don’t get castle disccount of 25%, construction cost is 750 rock instead of 488 with applied 25% discount as stated on its civilization advantages, as could be seen on previous version like AOE2 HD 2013, for example.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

1. Play with franks civilization
2. Advance to castle or imperial age.
3. Check castle cost. It’s 650 rock, like for any other normal civilization, instead of 488.

Just tried, it was 488, you in a custom scenario or something?

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

1. Play with franks civilization
2. Advance to castle or imperial age.
3. Check castle cost. It’s 650 rock, like for any other normal civilization, instead of 488.

If you are playing with All Techs checked, then all civ bonuses are inactive.
