I can confirm that logging out from Xbox (the icon next to the cog wheel at the top) helps - but it does not get rid of the freezes completely. They’re still there but just very, very brief (more like a stutter, a second max.). Presumably because the game tries to connect to Xbox but notices you’re not logged in so backs off more quickly.
