After i sent “continetal blockade”, my teammates couldnt send their homecity cards. Seems so be just a little oversight.
(had to invade russia)

^{What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?}

only your enemy is prohibited sending cards, not your teammates.
(the british will abandon the war and i can reign supreme as french emperor)
