The gamefiles have duplicate values. Could this be the cause of the bug in Frontline Heroics not doubling when Thoth world twist is active?

Open the gamefiles → Databar → techtree

Repro Steps:

Open the gamefiles → Databar → techtree
look up FrontlineHeroics
