Game ALWAYS crashes when I reach castle age

Issue:

whenever I reach castle age my game just crashes and puts me to desktop.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. play the game
  2. reach castle age
  3. crash

ATTACHMENTS:

no screenshot, the game just closes, I didn’t pay for this. It better gets fixed or I want my money back and I’m back to voobly.
