Game became "black" and nothing more worked

Issue:

I was playing normally then the game became black. It kept going but I could not move anything or control anything. Tried pressing every button do everything and nothing worked. I was able to take screenshots. It was at ranked game.

Edit: happened again now I have video aswell but it’s the same thing.

I tought I had made this post a while ago and I did not because of some weird rule about one media… nice… this bug been happening for a while now and I couldn’t report it because of this rule. Seriously? Anyway, I have way more proof and happening of this to show since it happened on another game
