Game crash on 4v4 loading screen

Hi, I had this issue since the release, I don’t know why but when I want to play 4v4 quickmatch my game crash on the loading screen after a few seconds of loading. The worst of all is that the game punish me to play for 5min. If I try again after the punishment I get a 15min punishment.

Any idea of why is happening this to me? On 1v1, 2v2 and 3v3 I have no problems, it only happens on 4v4. no warning, no freezing, just hard crash.

Reproduction Steps:

  1. Join 4v4 quickmatch lobby game
  2. Start quick match
  3. game crashes on loading screen

I’ve already contacted years ago your support and sent them dxDiag.xml and all the information of a crash. But didn’t get any help.

u have the same problem for a year now and tried everything almost. any1 knows an actual fix to this issue?
