:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When playing a multiplayer game, after ca. 20-40 minutes the game freezes. Initially music still audible, game seems stuck. After some moments the OS hangs (mouse cursor can’t be moved, ctrl+alt+del ignored by OS). Only remedy is to reset the PC.
This issue occurs randomly, but more often in 3v3 or 4v4 games or in the late game.
This issue seems to occur more often in laggy games (BF late game, trash war, playing with people from the other side of the world…)

Note:

  • Game did not write the .mdmp file - I guess that would contain the stacktrace, right?
  • We’ve checked the Windows Event Log, it does not contain any relevant info (e.g., driver crash)
