i have the most up to date version as of 2/4/2020. i have a great pc and have never had issues so far, but recently, this week, i have consistently been crashing more and more now to the point i ALWAYS crash on 5-10mins. my game will freeze, then it’ll speed up to catch up, freeze again and just say “Age of empires of not responding”
i’ve made sure all my mods are off, uninstalled and reinstalled, i’ve made no changes to my pc this week as of when the crashes started happening.
