Game crashes if quickly left-click when displaying intro video of AoE2DE

:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

I opened my AoE2DE, when displaying the first few seconds of intro video, I clicked twice(or more times) in order to skip. Then game crashed. It happens with probability, sometimes continuously happens, sometimes continuously not happens.

  • 25% of the time / matches I play (SOMETIMES)

:arrow_forward: REPRODUCTION STEPS

A low probability way:

  1. Open your AoE2DE.
  2. When displaying the first few seconds of intro video, quickly left-click on screen.
  3. Wait for game crash(or successfully enter main menu).

A high probability way:

  1. Open your AoE2DE.
  2. Let it crash once by some way.
  3. Open your AoE2DE again.
  4. When displaying the first few seconds of intro video, quickly left-click on screen.
  5. Wait for game crash.

The same for me, the music continues but the game crash. Not every time but well…
