Game crashes when internet speed gets down, in singleplayer

Issue:

Whenever you play in singleplayer (vs AI only) and your family is streaming 4k video or whatever, game crashes. I get the Disconnect message when this happens in a multiplayer match, but crashing to desktop in single player? really?

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Start a single player game (I haven’t tested in campaigns).
  2. Turn off router/Play videos on other devices to consume bandwith/Just have a bad internet connection.
  3. Game freezes and then crash without error message.
