:question: Describe the problem in detail (below). Please limit to one issue per thread.

Here is the problem I’m experiencing…
Game crashes on loading screen (with the 3 kings splash screen), no ticks appear for myself or the other players.
Leaving game idle doesnt work, have left for up to 10 minutes with no effect. Usually game loads in 20 seconds. Task manager shows no change in CPU load.
Wasn’t having any issues until the last patch.

Here’s how to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play ranked team games, usually 4v4 or 3v3.

Cannot reproduce, happened randomly maybe 1 every 10 games or so.

Is true! And also at least 1 time a day, the game is stopped, as if it were buggy, but it never resumes, I try to write to the other players and no one responds, that is, it takes me out of the game.
Lately it happens more often, before this did not happen.

I have experienced both issues as well.
The freezing on the loading screen is rare for me.
The freezing after a couple minutes of play happens relatively often. I can still click around and move the screen. I can also type. But there is no response from the game. Everything is stuck into place as if the game is paused. Also no chat responses from the other players. The game doesn’t resume and I need to alt f4 out of it.
