Game Crashing with no reason

Hello! Guys, I need help. Sometimes during game I have game crash with no any errors or smth. Game just closed. No error, no message. Where is reconnect finally? How aoe4 could prevent this? What is the reason of closing game?
Even Viewer reported about a source:

Moreover I found 2 more bugs during last 10-20 games:

  1. game 4vs4 2 people had same red colour. purple was absent.
  2. golden pit map. 3v3 there was only 1 sacred site, and it was behind an opponents base.
  3. hideout. large stone was blocked to build ovoo on it (seems becouse trees was too near but anyway this shouldnt be a problem). I had to find another stone, losing time and potential resources.

P.S.
While I was writing this, I cought another crash, 2 crash in 3 games. ARE U SERIOUS? return my points please.
This is critical error and dont want to tolerate this. Back my money. or back my points.

My game is crashing without any error message, how are you guys able to check what is the error code?

Happens to me recently in the THREE (3) recent Matches of Team Ranked i have been played!

If the most recent match, the party “CRASH” before the game even Start. In another the enemy players “Get out” on the first 30 seconds of the party (Their game crashes either?).

This problem is happening a lot recently, and many lobbies even report “Internet issues” that even cancel parties a lot before even the game start.

WHATS IS HAPPENING?

Ranked is impossible to play those weaks, you get negative points without even start a party. Is a nightmare. If this still happening, the game is gonna lost all its players.

It happens to me too. In fact, I don’t know how to report it. Do I report myself to a team?

Worse than that, they programmed their systems to make you pay time for “Qutting fast” as if the Crash were your mistake:

Do your servers Crashe Ranked games and on top of that give us a time penalty to play? If we’re going to be like this, we just don’t play anymore or buy more dlc of any of your franchises.

FIX THE BUG or… We go on a hunger strike playing other free games that don’t crash like… Doki Doku Literature Club (Free until tomorrow on the Epic Store), or the 1st chapter from Poppy Play Time, or the first Fallout that will be free in a few weeks on Epic.

In case you have more than 1 graphics card, try to disable the CPU-integrated graphics card through BIOS to avoid crash. Works for me.

The thing is that, in my case, I have only 1 graphic card, my Chip dont have incorporated graphics, and my GPU is very powerful (8 GB) so graphics weren’t the problem.

The crash Bug Happened recently in the last party i has in Team Ranked. The worst thing is that if the players in your team reported you, you cant even play in many minutes since the game BLAMES YOU FOR THE CRASH (OMG!).

Yeah, me too, i didn´t receive a message error when the game crash. Also, I have to report another problem:

  • In my last computer that have been working in 2023, there were reports if the game Crashed. But in my actual computer, witha more powerful Graphic Card (8 GB) and Windows 11, I have never receive a message of error when my game crashed.

This problem of "No messages" only happens in Windows 11? or there are another issues?
