I have the Premium addition of the game, yet I cannot access or run the game
the “Play” button is still grey its 8:47pm in New york time
i have restarted the steam multiple times and my pc multiple times
nothing works I dont know what is the issue

i was following the steps provided in the https://support.ageofempires.com/hc/en-us/articles/26698354357396-Steam-Game-does-not-launch-when-clicking-Play-button-no-error-message

there is no games files in the folder how is this possible

Restart Steam this should fix it.

Same probleme here, bought the Premium Edition, game is not starting even after re installing, re login on steam, restarting computer, restating steam, no error it just doesn’t start even after following both those article :

I had to refund the game
and the comedy part is I will have to wait 7 days for th eamount to come back to my steam account wow
