Game freezes when trying to load campaign save

My save games often fail to load. Whether selecting ‘Continue’ or ‘Load Game’ from the main menu, AOE takes a very long time to respond.

Often when trying to do this the game will freeze entirely.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Open AOE app on Xbox, having at least one saved campaign file
  2. Try loading save file using ‘Continue’ or ‘Load Game’ options

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

Save file loads successfully

:point_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.

Imagine a frozen image of the main menu, it would serve no purpose for me to go back and try triggering the bug again

Are these saved games previous to the latest update?Can you send me one of these files? You can use

Not all of them are pre-update, I have one that is post-update where this has been occurring. I’m not sure how I can get save files from Xbox for you? Suppose I could google around

Forgot to mention, but the issue didn’t start until after the latest update. Attaching screen including the build number
