Game is crashing on startup

Hello.
I have the game installed with all the dlc and the enhanced graphics pack from the xbox app for PC and the game ALWAYS crashes on startup.
After it’s done synchronizing an image of the game is shown and after a few seconds the game crashes and a crash report window appears in order to send the crash report to devs. I have downloaded the game a million times. I even formatted my PC and also downgraded from Windows 11 to Windows 10, but nothing has changed.
My PC is more than capable to run the game btw.

CPU: Ryzen 7 5800X3D
RAM: 64GB 4000MHz
GPU: RX 6900XT

No. Unfortunately I had no luck. I bought the game on steam though and it works fine. So the problem had probably something to do with the Microsoft store version of the game.

Hi. I have the same problem on Xbox. The game files when sinchronization. Problems appeared after buying PC version(Microsoft Store). I noticed this problem 1-2 February 2024. Before that, the Xbox version worked normally.

If you can, please help. I haven’t been able to run this game for months. It was working at first, then stopped, then started again, and now it hasn’t been working for a few months. I tried uninstalling, installing, running as admin, and still nothing. In logs I get a UnhandledExceptionResponse_BugSplat.

Did anyone got a solution to finally get a game to open? I also buy a game using Microsoft store and game is not working.

I never managed to make it run from the microsoft store. So i ended up buying the steam version, which works fine.
