as title suggested, issue found so far is units collision (there could be more issues I havent uncover yet).

  • old data file edited by old GENIE editor, issue persist

 List CLEAR and DETAILED STEPS we can take to reproduce the issue ourselves… Be descriptive!

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. play any old mod with old data file
  2. create multiple villagers or the same type of units
  3. group select them, group move them
  4. watch them all combine into one, ignoring the collision value set in GENIE editor (even though editor reflects the collision value correctly)

some data modders hoping for some chime in to see if this also affects them. my mod is extremely old so not sure if this issue is me only.

I have the same issue as well with my mods

Same thing here! My mod is broken too because of this problem. I was planning to buy a new DLC but now I am unsure if I will do it. Playing with the mod is one of the most interesting points for me! I hope dev can resolve it fast!

same issue here, no point to buy new content if the old one is not working

I have the same issue! (and many of my friends also have it) I am very disappointed in the dev and I am not sure if buying the new content is worth it if there are so many unsolved issues!!

same issue! Time for the dev to step up and take responsibility for fixing this mod mess. A bug of such scale has never happened before. Fire the guy who release update without triple checking if it works.

Yea same… I copied all my modded stuff into the new dat file. All modded units are messed up and have zero collision and merge into 1 unit when moving. Pls fix

Just When I thought AOE2 developing Team can’t get worst, they surprise me.

How tf you going to release something that’s going to break all existing mods?

How stupid can you be to code this And and allow it to be released?

fixed, its all covered in the genie
