:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

Since xbox update, after launching the game I get an empty main menu screen with a warning message, and nothing happens after that. Stuck there with the main menu background image and hearing main menu sounds and music.

The error I get:

Important info is that I have the F-Secure anti virus installed on my PC cos of our company work policy.

Previously I had trouble running the game and I found out the issue was that AOE URL Helper wasn’t properly added to the exclusions.

Did the xbox controller patch add some new external process that i need to add to exclusions so that my game can work properly again?

Can you add the whole folder of the game to the antivirus exception list?
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\AoE2DE is the default, AoE2DE_s.exe is there
