:arrow_forward: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

When I try to queue up for a ladder game it gets stuck in the loading screen after it has found a game.
This causes the following.
If you close the game it counts as a lose for you.
If you wait you got 2 options
Wait for long hours The other day I let it wait for 2 hours and nothing.
Or it says player disconnected.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start AOE3
  2. Go to multiplayer
  3. Start a ranked game
