Game should maximize on start

PLEASE, the queue timers are sometimes so long. I never notice when the game starts. Please, on the last Screen before the game starts maximize the WINDOW.

This feature is modern, wide spread and lots of games use it.
Time is precious, if you add this think about how many years of human life you can save by letting them outtab while in queue (the icon blinking does nothing and i dont see it)

I always notice the blinking icon. I dont feel any need to have it forced maximized.

Well actually, now that i think about it, why not choose the middle ground and create an option for that. So everyone can choose whether the game should maximize on the last screen before playing or not
