This is a copy past from my thread in Steam.
I have not been able to play the game since the last patch. When loading, it seems to stop at times or even freeze. After about 5 minutes of gameplay the game will completely freeze for about 20 to 30 seconds eventually crashing (not every time).
What I tried:
Verify file integrity
Remove all overlays (Nvidia and Windows Game Mode turned off)
Tried Win 7 and 8 compatibility (whilst running as admin.)
Reinstall
No mods are being used or subscribed to
Added to Windows defender and VPN exceptions lists.
Stopped Steam cloud backups
Not using any Graphics Advanced options
Someone said to play a video or something in the background if you have a powerful GPU
My CPU runs at about 6% and GPU usage is very low as well (RTX 4800 Super).
about 4gb Ram is being used (out of 32).
Any help would be appreciated.
