Generic skirmisher and the napoleonic era

Until now I don’t understand what historical unit the current generic skirmisher is referring to.
, so I would like them to add an update for this unit for spain and dutch ,like this ,

, the Dutch and Spain need a new skirmisher.

Should be similar to the light infantry or jaeger.

These are Dutch light infantry.

These are Spanish light infantry.

Though uniforms differ drastically throughout the 1700 - 1800’s. It just depends on the era you prefer.
