[German/Prussian Revolution] Litauer Dragoons not affected by cav upgrade cards

Litauer Dragoons don’t get any of the cav upgrades applied sent before revolting.

• 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)
  This is with all 3 cav combat cards + Spanish riding school and full advanced arsenal upgrades

And as shown in this image, the Litauer Dragoons lack the Guard upgrade (30% hp and atk)

In addition, war wagon should be converted into to dragoons imo
