FFA Matches you are only alone and solo person in the game, yet when something like a disconnect happen or you leave after elimination, you get a time out penalty. This is stupid because this timeout system was not introduced in ranked nor was it in quickplay other game modes.
Yet this was in part of FFA, when you are playing Solo.
You should not be penalized on FFA as you are solo, not part of a team and you dont affect other ppl
