I think all units should have standardized poses based on type, too many are outliers.

Musketeer pose for Musket Infantry
Skirmisher pose for Eurasian Rifle Infantry

Prowler pose for Native American Rifle Infantry
Dahomey pose for African Rifle Infantry

Evzone pose for Counter-Skirmishers

Prowler pose for Non-European Rifle Infantry

That pose has an “ambusher” impression, so it could be given to units like sharpshooter, but does not fit arquebusiers, etc. So not necessarily non-European.
