ISSUE EXPERIENCED
Citizens in Russian Home City scene appear to be little glitchy.
The main issue: they seem to float a bit above the cobbled streets. Not all and not all the time, seems to be worse in the foreground, especially near the fountain. Might be (partially?) an issue with shadows, hard to analyze it carefully- reentering the scene ‘resets’ it and respawns randomized ‘NPCs’, so to speak.
On top of that sometimes certain characters are cloned and stuck in one pose, like the lady in red dress in the first screenshot, but it seems to be much less frequent.
FREQUENCY OF ISSUE
- 100% of the time / matches I play
Haven’t played Russia in a bit, since I’ve noticed that issue recently it seems to be fairly consistent every time I check that Home City scene.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be obvious 
It’s a very minor, cosmetic issue, rather low priority.
