Currently Godi are just called Godi (Hero), and not given randomized names like Hersir have.

I agree. Even if its just reusing the existing Hersir name list, I’m okay with that. Ideally, a new set of names to pick from, but almost anything would be an improvement over: Godi, Hero.

YES! its a cool model, very useful unit but it should have random names but also a female variant like pharaoh should have! (giving hersir a female variant would be really odd IMHO xD)
There was a reason behind giving the Ulfsark/Berserk a female version. That was gatherers being turned into them, and some gatherers being female. I support female pharao because there are female pharao names in the original. Because of that, also Daughter of Osiris. And I’d like to see Greek Amazonians because I think it’s a cool myth.
But with allof that said, not every unit needs a female version for the sake of it. I’m fine with the majority of military units not having a female version.
I’m fully on board with the new hero unit getting random names too.
