Issue:Two issues, first is that when playing golden horde, if you buy the tech that should allow you to build 3units instead of 2, it works just for the buildings that are already built, all new buildings still build only two units. The second is when you try to recruit rus (Call rus Tribute) units for stone in the golden tent it works with just 50% probability, 50% it just takes your stone and does nothing
