Got a time out for quitting a game after someone droped / left

One person dropped on a 4v4 leaving us 3v4 which I do not wish to play so I leave as well but get a time out from the queue which makes no sense.
Only the first person leaving should get it.

Happened again today and this time I got a 5min time out:

Just leave after someone else within 5min

Not receiving a time out for leaving a game that we have no chance winning

My game just crashed after this and I got a 10 minutes time out this time :open_mouth:

Got another one today, my game crashed for no reason and I got another time out …
Please fix this. This is so annoying I bought this game on HD now on DE and all the expansions and I can’t even play it.
