If you’re playing as Goths with an Italian ally in a game with a full tech tree, you’ll be denied the ability to create both civs special units. No Huskarls No Condetterio
pretty sure full tech tree disables some of the civ specific bonuses. i’m not at my pc so i can’t confirm, but if you mouse over the box it will tell you what is and isn’t allowed.
