[GRAPHICS BUG] [AOE3 DE] Water reflection and stealthed "transparent" units are very pixelated

Water reflections (for example in the home city) and transparent units show very pixelated.
After last week’s update, I loaded the game and the water and reflections looked very nice. I remember first noticing this on Saturday afternoon.
Reinstall didn’t change anything, file integrity check picked nothing up.

UPDATE: The issue is still present in the newest update.

If you want to see non-pixelated homecity water, you have to enable Temporal Anti-Aliasing.

Actually, the Temporal Anti-Aliasing shows less pixelation than the other anti-aliasing options, but it still seems to be present:
