I found these fan-made tech tree pdf files for each civilization in the game on the AoE Heaven website, and I thought they were really cool:

It’s great for those interested in having a printed version of the tech tree for whatever reason (even decoration, who knows?!), as the Definitive Edition already has an online tech tree built right in.
