Great Wall Bastion does not improve Springald ship upgraded weapons

Issue: Great Wall Bastion does not improve Springald ship upgraded weapons after researching Naval Crossbows

As described in the issue. Great Wall Bastion states that ALL Bed Crossbow weapons gain the attack bonus. Naval Crossbows states that it upgrades Springald ships to have Bed Crossbow weapons. But they do not get improved by the Great Wall Bastion. This seems unintended or illogical.

Trigger Event: Default behavior

Repro Steps:

  1. Create Springald Ship.
  2. Research Naval Crossbows
  3. Build Great Wall Bastion
  4. Observe no change to weapon stats.
