Gullinbursti starts at slowest speed when copied by Tezcatlipoca

Issue: The gullinbursti god power is supposed to start at full speed and get slower when moving away from the town center. It appears it might be using the norse town center for the reference point instead of the Aztec one as it starts at the slowest speed when dropped by Tezcatlipoca.
