The Old Ways home city cards for Inca/Aztec/Hauds/Lakota do not apply to the Native Embassy’s Big Button Gun Running. Looking at the techtree data, none of their Old Ways cards have the new Gun Running added to the discount list. Maybe that’s intended as Gun Running isn’t exactly an Old Way for them, but otherwise would be a bug.
