The Hausa Ai doesn’t build their university near Town centers, trade posts or palaces to produce more influence.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Play skirmish with Hausa Ally
  2. wait for 2nd or 3rd age
  3. Hausa Ai build universities far from the buildings that boost them
