Griots buff the gathering rate of villagers at mines (silver, gold etc…) but not at the salt mine

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play Hausa and age up with berber alliance
2. spawn a salt mine and put villagers around to gather it
3. buff the salt mine with a griot

EXPECTED RESULT

Griots should buff the gathering rate at the salt mine like he did with other mines
