It appears having a blast is no longer achievable on the Xbox.
True achievements which tracks achievement unlocks of its users has marked down the latest unlock of this achievement as 19/11/2023.

The “Having a Blast” has a fix coming soon for it.
it still not working 03.03.2024 what a shame after such a long time…
